  Ricky and the team have been fantastic with helping us rent our property. Throughout the entire process, Ricky would communicate and keep my wife and I updated with all the information we needed. He was thorough when vetting potential tenants and gave us all the information we needed to be able to make an educated decision. We love the ability to log in to the portal at any time to see exactly how the house is going. The first inspection was very detailed and the report was very clear. The monthly statements are very easy to follow. I have used other companies before and Real People Real Estate make it much simpler. I couldn't recommend Ricky and Real People Real Estate highly enough.

  Very happy with the service received. Ricky is a pleasure to deal with, excellent communication. He responds to calls and texts promptly. He knows the Playford LGA well and has guided me to purchasing a property in a good pocket. His rental appraisal of the property was on the dot. Property was rented out right away and I was able to be picky with choosing good tenants.

  From the moment I contacted real people real estate, the service was above average. Ricky arranged everything for me as I was in Queensland and my property was in SA. Ricky arranged cleaners, gardeners, electricians and everything else that needed to be done in my absence. The house sold with in a few weeks and I got my asking price. Through the whole process Ricky kept in touch with online updates and personal phone calls. I could not off asked for better service or a better outcome. Fantastic job great people.
