  This practice is amazing, I was seen in a very reasonable time and the doctor was really thorough and easy to talk to. Will be referring my family and friends for sure.

  4- They treated my parents like they knew NOTHING even though they are both doctors.

  had no problems until we went in to get information on how to maintain my sons BMI. he has asthma and since having asthma some of the puffers have made my son put on some weight, the doctor had no idea what BMI was and replied with '' Yes..he is over weight what did you want me to do about it?!?'' I just think how rude of a man that is a professional doctor to say that to me while he is looking at my 4 year old son! this was my family doctors when it was good and now I will never go back!!

  Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to see Doctor Frank Graham. He tried to use a dirty scope which looked crusted with something (mucus?) to look up my nose & when I asked for a plastic cover to be used to stop the spread of infection from patient to patient (common practice at most clinics) he became defensive & said I should just trust him or leave. Very concerned about their hygiene practices. Unprofessional and rude. I won't be returning.

  1- Dr Dominique once gave my little brother a cream that literally made his face look like it was burnt!

  2- My mother needed a report of her condition (very urgently) and Dr Zoe Salibayeva just ignored it and told my mother that there was nothing wrong with her and that she is completely okay, she refused to write a report for my mother even though my mother has a tumour, HOW SICK DOES SHE HAVE TO BE IN ORDER FOR THEM TO AGREE TO WRITE A REPORT????!!!!! My mother also had a very difficult pregnancy last year because of that tumour and she almost experienced miscarriage! And that doctor ignored all that and told her that her pregnancy was completely normal!
