  This is the worst Bunnings I have ever shopped at (and I have shopped at Bunnings stores in QLD, NT & WA!). The customer service is non-existent. I had to ask 5 different people who "worked" in the store where I could find garden bins, none of them could actually be bothered to get up off their bums to actually show me where they were located. I was told they were in a particular aisle twice (they weren't), out the front (where "out the front"?) three times. None of the staff are interested in helping customers. Today I was in the store & I noticed many staff members busy having personal conversations with other staff members, yet couldn't be bothered to help customers looking for items they needed. In fact this happens EVERY time I go into the store. They are all too busy chatting or pretending to do some work. I have lost count the number of times I have returned items to the store as they do not fit/don't work/chosen the wrong item etc. etc. BECAUSE I have not had any help in getting the right item in the first place. The checkouts are never open - only the tool desk & customer service desk, leaving massive queues at either desk of customers wanting to do returns or purchases. I am amazed at the number of negative comments this store has received & am glad that I am not the only one who has experienced the terrible service here. All of the other Bunnings shops I have been to have one customer service person in each aisle, they are more than happy to help customers and give advice on purchases. From now on I am more than happy to drive to Parafield to shop at the Bunnings there. Considering the amount of money we spend at Bunnings each year ($350 today alone) you would think there would be decent service available when you need it.

  The service we received was excellent. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Went above and beyond. Have no hesitation about shopping there again. :)

  I was in the Munno Para store a few weeks' ago on two occasions looking to purchase the BBQ Buddy Pizza Cutter. Unfortunately you were out of stock. I rang your store this morning. I was on hold for approximately 5 minutes. Finally I was put through to someone. I asked about the product. I was informed that the stock still had not come in. The sales assistant then asked me if I had tried the Bunnings' Parafield store. My reply was that the Munno Para store was my local store and that is why I rang them. I was then told that if I did not live too far away from the Munno Para store then perhaps I could come into the store and look for the product myself. With this attitude from the store I wonder how much longer the Munno Para store will be in business?
